GLAY Fan Radio Program to Air Member Comments Starting Next Week

GLAY's official website has announced RADIO appearance information regarding AIR-G' (FM Hokkaido)'s program 『GLAY RADIO FAN MEETING』. Starting with the October 26 broadcast, member comments will air for four consecutive weeks, introducing recommended tracks from the new album 『旅する理由を待ちながら』.

The Details

On October 19, 2026, GLAY's official website posted an announcement under 'RADIO出演情報' (Radio Appearance Information). On 『GLAY RADIO FAN MEETING』 (AIR-G' = FM Hokkaido), a program themed around connecting GLAY fans through radio, member comments will be broadcast for four weeks starting with next week's airing on October 26.

The content will reportedly introduce recommended tracks from the new album 『旅する理由を待ちながら』, released on October 21, 2026, giving listeners a chance to hear about the album's songs directly in the members' own words.

A Connection to GLAY's Journey

『旅する理由を待ちながら』 includes tracks such as 「Valkyrie」, 「汚れた英雄」, and 「悲願 GLAY×世武裕子 feat.小田和正」, and various media rollouts are planned to coincide with its release.

AIR-G' is a broadcasting station based in Hokkaido, and GLAY is a band formed in Hokkaido in 1988, centered around TAKURO and TERU. Having the members' voices delivered over local airwaves feels like a nod to the band's journey since its formation.

One More Thing

The broadcast begins on October 26 and continues for four consecutive weeks. Since this is a chance to hear the members' own impressions of each track on the album, those within the broadcast area—as well as those planning to listen via streaming services like radiko—may want to check their listening options in advance.

It has not yet been revealed which songs will be featured at which point. We'll bring you further updates as they become available.
