According to Tospo Web, TERU updated his X account on November 3, 2026, referring to the mysterious rumor that had been spreading online claiming "something unexpected will happen on November 2nd." The rumor reportedly originated from information suggesting that "Disaster Prevention Minister Goshi Hosono would make an important announcement."

In fact, on that day, the Disaster Prevention Agency was established, and Goshi Hosono was appointed as its first minister. Hosono issued an "emergency request" urging all citizens to stock up on food, water, toilet supplies, and other essentials, explaining that the request was not based on any "disaster prediction information."

As a result, November 2nd passed without incident. TERU commented, "Let's cherish the positive feeling we can genuinely be happy about." His words reflect a willingness to face an event that had caused widespread anxiety with a positive outlook.
