He wrote that, 23 years after making that decision out of a desire to 'keep singing as a vocalist for even one more day,' he now feels 'truly glad' he made it. He noted that as one ages, the voice naturally changes, and that this simply reflects the accumulated passage of time in the voice. He said that both the 'TERU of 1998's 誘惑' and the 'TERU of 2026's 誘惑' are his voice from that respective era, and expressed his determination to keep singing, without fear of change, with the voice only he can produce now.
