Guitarist of X JAPAN.
hide discovered GLAY and had YOSHIKI listen to their demo tape, which led to GLAY's debut.
At GLAY EXPO, GLAY covered hide's song 「MISERY」 as a song dedicated to hide.
Also, after GLAY released 「HOWEVER」, hide told TERU: “The lyrics and music of 『HOWEVER』 are really good, and I can feel the emotion TERU puts into singing it. That's why I wanted to write a song like that too, and wrote 『HURRY GO ROUND』.”
