What can I do as a member?
You can record the lives you attended and liked, build your profile, post photos of your prized goods, share what you're listening to now, send likes, make G-friends, and receive notifications. See "How to use member features" for details.
Does it cost anything?
Member features are free to use.
How do I become a member?
Just log in from My Page and you're a member. There's no password to create. The available login methods (Google, X, Facebook, email address) are shown on My Page.
Who can see my profile?
Only logged-in members can see it. Your email address is never shown to anyone.
For your date of birth, you can choose to keep it private, show month and day only, or show the full date. For fan club join dates, other members see only the year.
Who can see my "Now Playing" posts?
They appear on the home page and can be read by non-members too. Only your nickname, the song, and your mood are shown. You can delete a post after you've made it (you can delete it from the list opened via "See more" on the home page).
What are Highcomm Points?
They're a record of your G-friends and likes on this site. You earn 4 Comi for each G-friend (a request alone earns none; you get them when the other person accepts and you become G-friends), 1 Comi for each like you receive, and 2 Comi for each like you send. If you stop being G-friends or take back a like, those points are deducted.
I'm not receiving notifications.
On iPhone, you only receive notifications if you add the site to your Home Screen from Safari and open it from that icon (iOS 16.4 or later). Open it from the icon, then tap "Get notifications on this device" on My Page.
On Android and computers, you can receive them in a browser such as Chrome. In either case, check that notifications for this site are allowed in your device or browser settings.
What if I find an inappropriate post?
Tap "Report" on the photo, profile, or post. We'll review it and hide or delete it.
About leaving
When you leave, your profile and posts are hidden from other members. We keep your records for 60 days, and if you log in during that time, everything is restored. After 60 days, your profile, photos, attendance records, posts, Highcomm posts, likes, G-friends, favorite lives, and notification settings are all deleted and can't be restored.
You can leave from the "Leave GLAY.fan" page below (login required).
